Rooms are very clean. The property is quiet and the staff is friendly and seems to anticipate your needs!! I would definitely stay here again; I wish I had known about this hotel earlier
These reviews are not true! I’ve stayed here on and off for a year and there are no bed bugs no roaches! This place is taken care of and the rooms are remodeled. There is no loud music, it is quiet and respectful. There are close gas stations and food nearby! When you check in, if you read the paper they state they don’t do breakfast, so to complain about something that is literally listed in bold on a paper before you pay, that’s your fault not the hotels! This place will keep my business thank you super 8!!
The staff / owners are AMAZING. They are welcoming and kind, the property is clean and safe. If you are looking for a budget friendly clean safe hotel, they are the one to try.
Clean rooms, front desk staff were polite and accommodating, and not a noisy spot to be in. Would definitely stay here again. Very pleased with hotel overall.
Everything was good until I met The short Asian lady in the front with the pink shirt on. She is so rude and disrespectful she threw the money at me. like she do not need to in the front working with nobody she need to be A house keeper with that attitude oh wow very disappointed.
Super clean, very friendly staff. The beds were very comfy and there wasn't an ounce of grim in the place. Very quiet too, we didn't hear anyone talking outside until I opened the door. 10/10 would stay again
Came here with 2 of my friends and had a very good time! We needed the get away more than you know. Was quiet and clean. The beds are a little bouncy but we're comfy enough
It's not the Hilton. But for the price, it's definitely a 5 star. The rooms are clean, no bugs, safe area. I recommend this Hotel if you are just wanting to get refreshed. Shower,eat, and sleep. It's perfect and then get to go experience Cincinnati ohio
